Coming from six different countries, youth workers, trainers, representatives of youth organizations, and NFE educators joined the E-volunteering training in Belgrade this October, where they discussed existing e-volunteering mechanisms in their respective countries as well as developed methods to increase the visibility, accessibility, and productivity of e-volunteering practices. Ideas interchange, brainstorming and knowledge multiplying workshops have resulted in the creation of various improvements in various stages of the e-volunteering process, such as recruitment, volunteer monitoring, validations mechanisms, motivation and online engagement as well as conflict resolution and mediation in the digital environment. Participants have contributed with their own expertise, experience, and perspectives regarding e-volunteering. The training in Serbia’s capital concluded with both innovative solutions and amazing feedback. We thank everyone for joining and making this training a beneficial and memorable experience!

E-volunteering project is not over, and we are calling you to join us! We are organizing an E-volunteering – Standardization and Recognition online event between the 22nd and 24th of October.
