In the period from September 1 to 7, representatives of the NGO Libero participated in a youth exchange within the “EcoTogether” project, which took place in Pedulas, Cyprus. Representatives of the NGO Libero joined the project and, together with representatives from 8 countries, exchanged knowledge in the field of interculture and ecology.

The exchange had two aspects, one intercultural and one environmental. During the day, various intercultural aspects, cultures, customs and daily habits in the countries participating in the exchange were discussed. In addition to Serbia, representatives of Cyprus, Ukraine, Austria, Lithuania, Croatia, Italy and Spain also participated in the exchange. As part of the ecological part of the exchange, through a series of workshops, lectures and group activities, topics such as Agenda 2030, waste recycling, and sustainable development goals were discussed. The participants pointed out that it meant a lot to them to hear examples of good and not so good practice in other countries, but also to break down the prejudices they had until then.

During all the days of the program, the representatives of Serbia actively participated in the discussion, independently led 3 sessions and promoted Serbia in the best possible light.
