“FAMILY FRIENDLY SPORT” Stakeholder Meeting Held in Belgrade

The stakeholder meeting within the project “Family Friendly Sport – Achieving sustainable family friendly sport ecosystem” was held in Belgrade, Serbia, from 2nd to 5th of November 2022. The event was attended by the representatives sports clubs and youth organizations from Serbia, Greece, North Macedonia, Spain and Belgium. 

The main goal of the meeting was to debate and define inputs for the content of two guidelines that will be developed – one as a step by step guidance for clubs for becoming Family Friendly and containing methods used for family sport, and second for work with parents to reach the full potential of family days in sports clubs. Furthermore, a concept of the FFS was defined in detail with the support of the research findings and valuable inputs received from the participants. The meeting also served a role of giving part of ownership of the project products to stakeholders as well as enabling consortium members to asses previous work done within the project.
