NGO Libero is organizing training seminar within the project COMPASS for my Virtual Life in Vršac, Serbia from 17th till 23rd of March 2018. Young people who are representing their organizations from several European countries have gathered at this event in order to analyze and understand human rights and the ways they are violated in the online space.This analysis will be done through the COMPASS manual, the most comprehensive human rights education tool in the world. The main goal of this project is to create knowledge basis for youth activists and organizations to promote human rights online through the human rights education.
