Study visit within the project “Exchange it!” was held from 19 to 26 July 2021 in Brussels, Belgium. The visit was attended by youth workers and representatives of youth organizations and the Youth Offices from Serbia.
The aim of the study visit was to connect participants from Serbia with other youth organizations and institutions from Brussels as well as to establish closer cooperation with Youth for Exchange and Understanding. The very purpose was to establish contacts as well as the exchange of knowledge and experiences concerning the efficient and successful organization of youth exchanges. This event also serves to initiate cooperation on joint projects that could bring many new opportunities for learning and exchange of experiences for organizations and young people in their local communities. During the study visit, the participants had the opportunity to get acquainted with work of many international and Belgian organisations and institutions and learn more about YEU practices. In addition, participants had the opportunity to learn more about European youth policy as well as youth policy in Belgium.
