In the period from 9th to 12th of May “Select EU” project supported by the Europe for Citizens programme of the European Union was held at the Vračar municipality gathering over 300 participants from Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Slovenia, Belgium and Serbia. Through interactive and dynamic program, this project aimed to involve participants and citizens at local level in EU election debates and give them sense of benefits of being EU citizen. Throughout various events, activities, workshops and discussions participants, together with all interested citizens from Vračar municipality, explored importance of European Union and the upcoming EP elections for young people and citizens on local level through prism of various topics such are employment, education, migration, social protections, mobility, etc.  In this way they were provided with opportunity to get deeper into all benefits of European citizenship.
