Inception seminar within the MakeOver project was held from December 1st to 6th 2018 in Ljubljana, Slovenia and it was attended by representatives of partner organizations on this project. The Consortium within this project is formed by organizations and public institutions from 7 countries, and these are CSO Libero (Serbia), PRONI Center (Bosnia and Herzegovina), La Fenice (Italy), Mladi Zmaji (Slovenia), NGO Prima (Montenegro), Kosovo Young Lawyers (Kosovo), Alumni Mandoulides (Greece) and Youth for Exchange and Understanding (Belgium).
During the six days of the seminar partners learned more about each other and got introduced to the future activities that will be realized within this project. They also established communication channels and agreed on the future steps to be taken in order to ensure smooth project implementation. With the help of experts members of the Consortium had a chance to acquire new knowledge related to the processes of external and internal makeover and to get familiar with the concepts such as strategic planing, communication strategy, fundraising or knowledge management. In order to fully develop methods necessary for external and internal makeover of organizations and institutions two more training seminars will be organized, one in Serbia and other in Greece.
