Training for youth workers within the “Need It” project was held in Vrnjačka Banja, Serbia, from March 4 to 7, 2021. It was attended by teams comprised of 3 representatives of youth offices and local youth organizations from 5 cities in Serbia, in which the “Odgovori.org” platform will be piloted in the coming months – Bajina Bašta, Belgrade, Kragujevac, Sremska Mitrovica and Novi Pazar.

The aim of the training was to introduce youth workers with the functions and opportunities that the platform offers both for those who conduct researches using it and for young people who will fill out questionnaires. In addition, training participants were trained on how to create high quality researches and how to publish them on the website. During the four day long training, participants have actively worked on the development of action plans for the promotion of the “Odgovori.org” mechanism in the pilot cities among young people, representatives of local organizations and decision makers.

The “Need IT” project is implemented by the CSO Libero and the National Association of Youth Offices of Serbia with the support of the European Youth Foundation of the Council of Europe.
