Every person builds its “Story of Europe”, most often based on the information he or she gathers through television, the virtual world, public events or to some extent through formal education, but we are all aware that this story is representing just “the tip of the iceberg”. We often say to ourselves, “Such a big concept, like the EU, has to be more than what I get as information?”. Or we may ask ourselves: “Is it really true what they are talking about the EU, its history, values, and institutions?”. We are all aware that the process of EU integration greatly influences our lives. But we are all curious beings and we want to know how will our lives look like when we become part of the EU?

We invite you to take part in the event EUrope Talking Living Library, where you will have the opportunity to find answers to all the questions that have ever been of interest to you about the European Union. There you will have the opportunity to talk to books entitled “History of the EU”, “European citizen / pc”, “European Schengen Agreement”, “Euro”, “European Parliament” and many other “living books” as well as to share your experiences with over 200 peers from Bosnia-Herzegovina, Macedonia, Serbia and Slovenia.

The EUrope Talking Living Library will be held on the 12th of May 2018 from 2PM till 5:30 PM at the open space, in front of National Library of Serbia which is located on the address Skerliceva 1 Street. Event is organized by NGO Libero and Vracar Municipality of the City of Belgrade, supported by the Europe for Citizens programme of the European Union.
